Embroidery Creative Arts is a small appliqué studio in the making — fabric layered, fused, and stitched into custom pieces, one at a time. The workshop is being set up now.

The Process

Cut

Shapes are drawn by hand, then cut from cotton, linen, and felt — the raw vocabulary of every piece.

Layer

Cut pieces are arranged and fused in overlapping layers until the composition reads clearly from across a room.

Stitch

A satin or blanket stitch locks down every edge, turning loose fabric into something built to last.
